I first began to hear of cell church in the mid 90s and after ordination came into shared leadership of a larger church where I began to see how cell could be a structure to help develop the values already held. It was hearing Phil Potter speak at a conference in 2001 that convinced me that this could be an exciting way forward for this particular church. After a time of preparation and further learning we launched 17 cells in 2004 and more recently I have been involved in helping others discover some of the ways in which cell can help us live out New Testament values. I'm grateful for all those who have helped me (and continue to do so) along the way and would be very happy to share some of the learning I have done with others
