Having worked as a business manager for a number of years Pete trained for ordination at Ridley Hall, Cambridge, and was ordained in 2002.Over the last three years Pete has been overseeing the development of a youth cell network in Harrogate. In September 2006 he was licensed as Ordained Pioneer Minister to role the network out across the Archdeaconry of Richmond, Diocese of Ripon and Leeds. Pete is also part of the leadership of the Northumbria Community and has studied at post-graduate level the recent emergence of ?new monastic? communities in Europe and in the USA, a movement that has heavily influenced his thinking about cell church.
