St. Mary?s is committed to working with disadvantaged and damaged individuals who always need quite a bit of healing, training and support to release them into proactive ministry. As a result the work is both demanding and exhilarating! This challenging context has compelled the staff to develop values, training and structures that work with more than the middle class. Andrew?s passion is to envision leaders with Jesus? method for community-based outreach and discipleship, for planting the Small Group model into new contexts, and to provide suggestions and resources to develop the ministry in terms of quantity and quality.

With very limited time available, Andrew is primarily available to help those working among the disadvantaged in "Urban Priority Areas".
